Personal Trainer at Crush NTX Fitness

I hold a Master of Science in Strength, Conditioning, and Human Performance from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Kinesiology from Midwestern State University, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude. On the athletic side, I was a collegiate kicker at both the D1 (ACU) and D2 (MSU) levels. At MSU, I earned First Team All-Lone Star Conference honors in 2023 and Second Team in 2021 and 2022, along with multiple LSC Special Teams Player of the Week awards. At ACU, I received AP FCS All-American Honorable Mention and Second Team Academic All-American recognition. I also served as a Football Graduate Assistant at ACU, where I worked on special teams analysis and strategy. I was born in Belgium, where I spent my first 18 months, before my family moved to France, where I grew up for the next 14 years. In 2018, we relocated to Wichita Falls, my dad is a pilot stationed at Sheppard Air Force Base, which brought us here. With a master’s in Strength, Conditioning, and Human Performance, fitness isn’t just a hobby for me; it’s a passion and a field of study. My athletic background has always been varied: I played soccer and ran cross country in high school, and back in France, I competed in triathlons, which built a strong endurance base early on. That multi-sport background still shows up in how I stay active today. I still run regularly and get out on the bike when I can, alongside structured gym training with a focus on movement quality and full-body programming. Football kicking also demands a unique blend of flexibility, power, and lower-body strength, so my training reflects that. I enjoy designing my own workouts and constantly refining them based on what I’m learning.
